Project Executive - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Project Executive to join our growing team.

About the Role:

In this crucial leadership role you will be responsible for the overall success of medium to largescale commercial construction projects. You will oversee all aspects from preconstruction to closeout ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be a strategic partner to the Project Manager providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative and efficient project team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Project Manager in developing and executing the project plan budget and schedule.
  
• Lead the preconstruction phase including value engineering constructability reviews and procurement strategy.
  
• Manage subcontractor relationships negotiating contracts and ensuring their performance aligns with project goals.
  
• Oversee project execution monitoring progress identifying and mitigating risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  
• Manage project budget and cash flow ensuring all expenditures are within approved allocations.
  
• Facilitate clear communication between the project team client architects engineers and other stakeholders.
  
• Prepare comprehensive reports to keep senior management informed on project status and potential issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations building codes and permitting requirements.
  
• Identify and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• Minimum 710 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficient in project management software.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Valid drivers license.
