Job Description:

1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customers Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
5. Comfortable with 24x7 shift.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate should understand and speak Hindi and English also
2. Rotational Shift / 6 Days working.
3. Work From Office.
4. Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers.
5. Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure that customers confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.

Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints via phone email mail or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders refunds or exchanges.
Advise on company information.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Handle product recalls.
