1. Business continuity
2. Providing technical support to endusers via phone email or in person.
3. Identifying technical issues at early stages
4. Diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network issues.
5. Install configure and maintain computer systems peripherals and software applications.
6. Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
7. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates patches and backups.
8. Monitor and respond to system alerts and performance issues.
9. Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
10. Train endusers on basic IT functions and best practices.
11. Collaborate with IT team members to improve systems and processes.
12. Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends.
13. Installing or upgrading computer systems and networks in the workplace.
14. Maintaining technical documentation & Conducting performance checks for newly installed software or hardware.
15. Coordinating with IT department and other IT staff to resolve technical issues
16. Running periodic backups to ensure availability during failures or outages
17. Providing technical advisory to IT Manager regarding improvement in usage of IT services
