RAS Luxury Oils started out with a simple philosophy to create a skincare brand that was transparent pure and responsible. RAS operates from both Mumbai and Raipur.
Position Summary:
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Lower Parel Mumbai. We are on the lookout for an experienced D2C Lead with a robust understanding of the directtoconsumer market and a proven track record in managing all facets of a D2C business model. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive our D2C initiatives from customer acquisition and conversion through performance marketing to managing logistics and backend operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging data to inform decisions optimizing the customer journey and leading crossfunctional teams to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize develop and execute a comprehensive D2C plan that encompasses all stages of the customer lifecycle from discovery and purchase to fulfillment and retention.
  • Oversee and optimize performance marketing efforts across all digital platforms including but not limited to SEO SEM social media (Meta Instagram etc.) and email marketing ensuring high ROI on marketing spend.
  • Manage the ecommerce platform ensuring seamless integration of frontend and backend operations including product listings customer service tools payment processing and inventory management systems.
  • Utilize analytics and customer feedback to continuously refine the D2C strategy improving customer experience increasing conversion rates and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product development supply chain and IT teams to ensure product offerings inventory levels and technology infrastructure align with D2C objectives and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and manage the D2C budget forecasting sales targets and reporting on performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within the D2C space with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing ecommerce and backend operations.
  • Demonstrable success in scaling D2C operations with a portfolio of strategies that have driven growth customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms analytics software and ecommerce technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in managing crossfunctional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
