Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and detailoriented Executive Assistant to support our clients team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills be able to multitask and prioritise effectively and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules including scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents
Conduct research collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
Manage and maintain files records and other documents
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide general administrative support to the team
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
