ABOUT THE POSITION AND THE COMPANY

With a wide range of products for the entire family Biltema is a strong brand with more than 160 stores across the Nordic region and plans for further expansion. The success and vision are based on a simple concept that has been refined over the years; To make it economically easier for people to have cars boats homes tools and leisure articles of high quality thereby creating a richer leisure time for these people. They choose their own path and have therefore decided to invest in their own operations and development of systems and technical solutions among other things. Biltema Nordic Services is a service company within Biltema with various departments that together deliver a complete solution for the department stores assortment and operations. The IT department in Helsingborg provides systems and digital solutions in collaboration with Biltemas other companies within the group for our Nordic markets.

You will be part of a large team of colleagues who together with the entire IT department develop manage and support both proprietary products and systems as well as wellknown systems from marketleading suppliers. Together with your colleagues the mission is to develop integrate and automate Biltemas over 150 digital platforms and systems.

EXAMPLES OF WORK TASKS

• Understand and analyze clients business needs and objectives to ensure that solutions meet their expectations.
• Design and document the solution architecture across application data integration security and infrastructure layers.
• Provide leadership and direction to development and testing teams ensuring the successful implementation of the solution architecture.
• Ensure solution architectures comply with enterprise architecture standards policies and principles.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and methodologies to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
• Effectively communicate and present solution architectures to stakeholders including both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Proactively manage and resolve architectural issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be part of the extended Enterprise Architecture group.
• Work closely with product owners analyzing requirements and creating solution descriptions. Also collaborate and work with other Solution Architects.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Solution Architect role or similar with a strong background in designing and developing solutions using technologies such as .NET SQL Azure React and MVC or something similar.
• Proficiency in various architectural frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Certification in IT Solution Architecture or related fields is considered a plus.
