The role is to oversee the final set up and day to day running of an exciting new 110 cover restaurant and bar concept. The food style is very high quality freshly prepared small plates with a Mexican Inspiration complimented by a premium bar/Agaveria serving mostly Tequila based cocktails and complimentary drinks to the very highest standards. The Agaveria will have it own unique brand range of ultra premium Tequila sourced directly from one of the worlds top producers. This is a UK first for any restaurant.
The venue is fresh upscale and effortlessly cool (hence our name!) and introduces a new concept to the UK in extremely high quality but accessible casual dining and drinking with exemplary levels of customer service and engagement.
You will need to be experienced running a similar sized bar and will be supported with a full technology suite to enable the efficient management of all aspects of the busy bar service. Any experience in Agave based bars or drinks or high end cocktail making will be an advantage but not essential if supported by the right attitude to learn.The role of the Bar Manager above this will also be to ensure that the team is functioning at a high level and in a environment that is fun for both staff and customers alike. You will need an extremely positive attitude and be all about the customer experience. All members of the team need to be bought into the brand rather than just turning up to work the Bar Managerwill play a large part in helping build this culture supported by the rest of the management team and the Managing Director.
