Join the YEGO Team as a Customer Support Specialist for France Weekend Schedule!

At YEGO our mission is to innovate the urban mobility landscape with our electric vehiclesharing service. We started our journey in February 2016 and have been expanding ever since. Our service is now available in several cities across Spain and France. Were committed to offering our riders an environmentally friendly stylish and efficient mode of transport. To continue providing exceptional customer service and to help us grow were looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to specifically cater to our Frenchspeaking audience during the weekends.

What Youll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various channels including phone chat and email providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Work closely with our operations and technical teams to resolve any scooterrelated issues reported by users.
  • Track and document customer feedback and issues ensuring they are addressed on time.
  • Provide insights to the team on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure all customer support activities comply with company policies and standards of service.

What We Expect from You:

  • Native French and fluentin eitherSpanish orEnglish is mandatory to effectively communicate with our Frenchspeaking customers and our diverse team.
  • Committed to work during weekends. Schedule 16 hours/weekly Saturday and Sunday from 8h to 16h.
  • Located in Barcelona.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a knack for identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team thriving in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to cover additional hours if needed.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not essential.
