Job Overview

We are presently seeking a diligent Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. Your main responsibility as an Appointment Setter will be to establish the initial stage of sales by liaising with prospects and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. Other duties will include making outgoing calls and emails identifying potential leads and preparing solid leads for our sales team.

If you are a resourceful individual with superior organisational abilities excellent communication skills and exemplary customer service skills then you may be the perfect fit for us.

This exciting role is perfect for a disciplined individual who thrives on endurance and has a desire to contribute to the surpassing of our sales goals and overall success.

Primary Duties

  • Conduct outgoing calls to potential customers.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clientele.
  • Maintain a record of calls appointments and significant information within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies implement scripts and monitor market trends.
  • Exceed the set appointment and performance goals.

Superior communication skills and previous experience in a sector that strongly focuses on customer service are required for this role. The ability to function well both independently and as part of a taskfocused team is crucial.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Appointment Setting or Telesales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A successful track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • The ability to handle work pressures autonomously and independently.
  • Because of the location you must be able to drive and have your own car.
