To spearhead achievement of revenue and sales of all business lines in the given Region. The primary responsibility of the City Head is to drive the business by leading a team of Relationship Managers Investment Councellor & Dealer(s) who are responsible for crossselling / upselling / to the existing customer base of the company as well as acquiring new customers for the organization. The City Head will report to the Business Head of the Segment.
The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Business Target for the Region. This will be Broking along with other products launched by the organization from time to time by upselling and crossselling to existing / acquired clients of the company. Responsibility will also be to have right team and training of the team on Product and Selling Skills.
Responsibilities:
Revenue achievement through broking and other products launched by the company from time to time.
Responsible for the above mentioned businesses in the given geography
Hire train and retain the team in their respective work areas
Achievement of business & revenue targets in the given geography
Handle the assigned channels in a very effective and seamless manner
Need to assess the new product and preference of this segment client and try to come up with new business / product opportunity.
A good understanding and knowledge of Equity Derivatives MF PMS & AIF and all related products.
Competencies:
20 years of work experience in the Financial services industry and relevant regulatory certifications like NISM & AMFI
Well aware about the diverse investment products and well updated with the market information
TeamManagement.
Ability to coordinate with different teams
Have great channel management skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret business information
