Tobias Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles with a manual transmission. Our client values safety professionalism and adherence to regulations therefore candidates must have a clean driving record with no speeding tickets accidents or driving while on the phone tickets.
As a CDL Class A Driver you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to designated locations in a timely and safe manner. Candidates must be drugfree and able to communicate effectively in English. Tanker experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Compensation:
28% of load
- HOME EVERYDAY
- Direct deposit paid biweekly.
- NO heavy loading or lifting.
- No force dispatch.
- Easypass provided.
- Team environment: a fun fastpaced and supportive company culture.
- Loads start in Houston TX and go to Austin San Antonio Waco Dallas and Belton TX.
- No pets or smoking in the truck. (A $400 fine will apply.)
- Clean driving record with no speeding tickets accidents or driving while on the phone tickets.
- Willingness to work early morning hours and flexible schedules as needed.

Requirements
What you ll need:
- Must be at least 25 years old or older.
- Updated medical card (within six months).
- Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with two years of experience.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be able to speak read and write in English to communicate with the general public understand highway traffic signs and signals in English respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records.
- No current CDL suspension or revocation.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC Report.
- No tickets or accidents in the past three years.
- Clean background.
- Must pass a DOT physical and preemployment drug screen.
- Ability to learn effectively and operate a GPS.
- Must be able to use handheld technology and smartphone applications.
- Ability to scale up to 44000 pounds.
- Ability to secure loads with straps.
- Ability to perform pre and posttrip instructions.
- Driver cannot do backward loads.
- No loaded trucks parked at home or on the side of the road (ONLY AT A MAJOR TRUCK STOP).
This is a local position and drivers will be home every night. Routes will primarily cover transportation from Houston to San Antonio Waco Dallas Austin and Belton Texas.
