Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging French/Spanish lessons to students tailored to their needs and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures students love for French/Spanish.
• Assess student learning and progress providing feedback and support as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans and curriculum materials.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance grades and behaviour.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians providing regular updates on student progress.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a French/Spanish teacher in a school setting.
• Excellent command of the French/Spanish language and culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and relevant teaching qualifications (QTS PGCE etc.).
