As an Integration Projects Manager you will be responsible for managing the integration of newly acquired businesses into our existing operations. You will act as the central point between our different internal teams such as Tech People and Finance ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders. You will also update and maintain our integration playbook and best practices.

How you will make a difference

This role will play a pivotal part in our acquisition strategy serving as a central hub for communication and information across all integrations. Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously this role will ensure the seamless harmonisation of operations across different firms and business units. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying and navigating integration challenges and devising effective solutions to these hurdles. As a key member of the change team during integrations this individual will be able to nurture and establish relationships at various organisational levels. Suited for those who thrive in a dynamic environment this role demands strong leadership abilities and a commitment to driving performance to meet integration goals.

You Will

  • Lead and coordinate the integration of new businesses into our existing systems processes and culture following our integration principles and timeline ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve issues or gaps during the integration process such as data migration system compatibility employee onboarding payroll and benefits etc.
  • Develop detailed integration plans including timelines milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration success.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including senior management project sponsors clients and vendors to ensure alignment transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on the progress performance and benefits of the integration projects using project management tools and metrics and escalate any risks or challenges and proposed solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the integration process.
  • Review and improve our integrations playbook and best practices based on feedback and lessons learned and share best practices with other project leads and teams.

You will be ideal for this role if:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management preferably in mergers and acquisitions integrations or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as Agile Scrum Kanban etc.
  • Proven understanding of corporate finance operational processes and IT systems integration.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in working with BCorp or social impact organisations is a plus.
