About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Solar Fire Switch Installer for a significant project based in Aberystwyth. The role involves the installation of fire switches on preinstalled Solar PV Systems at a major hospital. This opportunity is open to both individuals and teams of 2 offering a competitive daily rate for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of fire switches on existing Solar PV Systems to enhance safety measures.
• Conducting thorough checks and tests postinstallation to ensure systems are compliant with safety standards.
• Working closely with the project team to ensure installations are completed within the specified timeline.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and practices onsite.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installing and maintaining Solar PV Systems with a specific focus on fire switch installation.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the context of electrical and solar installations.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills capable of working well in a team or independently.
• Must have own tools and transport.
