Mortgage Communications Specialist

Responsibilities of the Mortgage Communications Specialist position:

• Communicate with provided leads using designated software to initiate conversations and gather necessary information.
• Schedule appointments with loan officers based on lead preferences and availability.
• Filter through leads to identify and prioritize highquality prospects for loan officers.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments within the provided software system.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation and appointment scheduling processes.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets set by management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to leads and clients throughout the mortgage application process.

Requirements for the Mortgage Communications Specialist position:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computer software and willingness to learn new systems.
• Prior experience in mortgage or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Southfield office location five days a week.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $12$17 per hour plus commissionbased incentives.
• Commission potential of $5000 $10000 per month
