Junior Accountant - German speaking

My client is an internationally operating law firm founded in New York City. They have 12 offices in Europe the USA Latin America and Asia with a focus on consulting services focus on finance transactions and litigation.

To support their team in Frankfurt they are currently looking for a Billing Coordinator (m/f/d) on a fulltime basis.

Tasks

• Creating and processing invoices
• Reviewing and checking data in the billing system.
• Monitoring payments
• Checking and booking travel expenses and credit card statements
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearend financials
• Generating reports and responding to adhoc queries in the finance area

Requirements

• Education as financial accountant / tax specialist
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office tools with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
• Strong numerical understanding and discretion
• Structured reliable and efficient working style
