Lead Financial Controller mfd

We are looking for someone as Lead Financial Controller for Toradex an innovative internationally leading player in the embedded industry with strong growth ambition. As Lead Financial Controller you will be instrumental in shaping the international finance team of 3 direct reports (based in India Brazil) leading exciting initiatives such as spearheading acquisitions and integrations. With a swift hand you will drive automation efforts within your team to enhance efficiency. Additionally you are able to showcase your expertise by overseeing financial reporting managing audits and delivering insightful analyses to management to support strategic decisionmaking. Tasks

• Oversee financial reporting and perform the group consolidation
• Prepare financial reports
• Perform and advise on financial analyses
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage financial audits and liaise with auditors
• Provide financial guidance to management
• Manage and lead the finance team

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling
• Completed degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant qualification
• Extensive and significant experience in a similar role applying accounting principles and financial reporting ideally within Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss Obligations
• While prior leadership experience is beneficial it is not mandatory. What matters most are empathetic leadership qualities capable of uniting and motivating teams coupled with a strategic foresight
• Proficiency in stakeholder management coupled with strategic holistic thinking and assertive approach
• Fluent in English German is an advantage
