Working Time: Mon Fri: 9am 6pm; Sat: 9am 1pm

Working Location: Kempas JB

Job responsibilities

To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

To manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings interviews and

onboarding new employees.

To oversee employee relations activities including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and

grievance handling.

To coordinate performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and coaching.

To develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance skills and

capabilities.

To ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.

To maintain accurate and uptodate HR records including employee files payroll information and benefits administration.

To conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

To provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR related issues and policies.

To stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Job requirements

Candidate must possess a bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or

related field.

Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of relevant

experience.

Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with

employees at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.

Proficiency in using HRIS Software and Microsoft office or google.

Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
