Job Overview:
In the role of Field DevOps Engineer your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with both our internal clients and external DevOps teams. Your goal will be to assist them in adopting and seamlessly integrating our platform into their current infrastructure. This position demands a high level of technical expertise and a customercentric approach necessitating a profound grasp of DevOps principles effective communication abilities and adept problemsolving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their infrastructure and application requirements offering expert advice on optimizing platform utilization.
• Create and execute strategies for integrating with clients current systems and tools.
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by customers which may include addressing challenges during onboarding and integration processes
• Work closely with sales support and product teams to enhance the customer experience and drive product improvements.
• Deliver technical expertise and training sessions to customers regarding the platforms functionalities and features.
• Remain current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud monitoring to consistently enhance our product and customer solutions.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in a customerfacing technical role preferably as a DevOps Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
• Solid grasp of DevOps principles and handson experience with tools like Docker Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities capable of articulating technical concepts effectively to nontechnical individuals.
• Demonstrated ability in problemsolving and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in working independently and handling multiple projects concurrently.
