Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest cabins public areas and crew quarters onboard the cruise ship
Change linens and towels make beds and restock amenities
Vacuum dust and polish furniture and fixtures
Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas
Assist with laundry services as needed
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the ship
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
