Why the role is open: Childrens is going through a massive digital transformation. They currently have a team based out of KC that handles clinical app provisioning but that team is getting the boot as Childrens is moving away from partner companies and bringing everything in house.

Job Description:

• An IAM SailPoint Analyst is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• The role requires a deep understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ including its architecture configuration and customization capabilities.
• The analyst will work with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement identity and access management strategies policies and procedures.
• The analyst will also be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts including authentication authorization and access control.
