Job Description

Position Summary
IT Support Analyst must be experienced and knowledgeable in technical issues and their solutions. This role will work on projects with other technical team members in a team setting. These projects include a new application rollout migrations and testing software and applications to fit the requesters needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Professionally interact with customers responding to technical issues.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general maintenance software updates server maintenance and general troubleshooting of applications.
  • Perform software installations and support remotely.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting.
  • Account creation and administration in O365/Azure and on Prem AD.
  • Administrating SharePoint OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
  • Technical configuration and policy and rollout.
  • Administrating Gsuite.
  • Develop and create documentation and support material.
  • Complete projects in a team environment.
  • Complete tickets within appropriate SLAs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of networks and firewalls.
  • Proficient knowledge of O365 and Gsuite.
  • Ability to maintain Windows Server.
  • Understanding of Windows registry NTFS permissions and OUs.
  • Understanding of Next Gen Antivirus. (CrowdStrike Cylance Defender ATP)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to easily adapt to and learn new technologies.
  • Possess positive professional interpersonal skills.
  • CompTIA A Certification
  • Microsoft MS900 Certification

Required skills:

  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
  • MSP or MultiTenant IT support experience.
  • Experience with Mac and PC.
  • Experience with RMM tools.

Education and Experience

  • High school or GED is required. A bachelor s degree in IT is preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of IT experience; and/or equivalent education or experience in jobrelated activities.

Work Environment

The position is in an office setting with flexible remote work options that involve everyday risks or discomforts requiring standard safety precautions. The position is subject to occasional overtime.
