Role Title: Sr. Officer Community Grievance

Location: Baluchistan

Role Summary:

As a Sr. Officer Community Grievance you will play a vital role in addressing and resolving grievances within nearest community. You will serve as a liaison between community members and relevant stakeholders ensuring that grievances are heard documented and resolved in a timely and effective manner. Your objective will be to foster positive relationships promote community wellbeing and mitigate conflicts through proactive communication and problemsolving.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Grievance Handling & Management:

• Receive and document grievances from community members.
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to complaints and share outcomes respectfully.

Conflict Resolution:

• Facilitate dialogue and mediation to find mutually agreeable solutions.
• Provide support and guidance in resolving conflicts peacefully.
• Identify underlying causes and recommend preventive measures.

Stakeholder Liaison:

• Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations.
• Serve as a point of contact for community concerns and suggestions.
• Communicate effectively to address grievances promptly.

Community Engagement:

• Support Community Development Committees and organize meetings.
• Conduct awareness sessions on grievance procedures and conflict resolution.
• Foster positive relationships and promote inclusivity and respect within the community.

Qualification:

Masters degree will be preferred (Sociology/Social Work/ Social Sciences)

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experience
