What You Will Do:

• Cultivate and maintain a personal network of referral partners and customers.
  
• Generate business through referrals and relationships with individuals existing clients and real estate professionals.
  
• Accurately complete loan applications (1003) and gather necessary documentation from borrowers.
  
• Assess clients needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products.
  
• Negotiate loan terms with clients ensuring clarity and fairness.
  
• Manage loan applications from initiation to closing ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
  
• Foster positive communication with MCF Mortgages Operations team ensuring efficient loan processing.
  

Requirements

What You Need:

• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience.
  
• Active NMLS license(s).
  
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships over the phone.
• Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
  
• Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
  
• Strong personal management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.
  
• Exceptional sales skills with a strong drive to achieve and excel.
  
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
