Mission:

We are looking for a sourcing engineer with experience in procurement and supply chain management in an international environment. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and be willing to learn. The sourcing engineer will be responsible for acquiring materials and services necessary for the company as well as managing suppliers and negotiating contracts reporting to the global category manager. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team and have leadership skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the NPD ( New Product Development ) together with R&D.
  • Work closely with engineering in the search for new suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Manage the procurement and supply chain process.
  • Track orders and deliveries of materials and services.
  • Resolve issues related to the acquisition of materials and services.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • To perform Make or Buy analysis as needed.

To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years in procurement and supply chain management.
  • English excellent command
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
