We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Product Assistant. This role is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Electricals and Electronics along with a strong interest in distribution management activities. As a Product Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting distribution management activities including inventory control and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Assist in coordinating product development activities including research design and testing.
- Support the Product Manager in analyzing market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and threats.
- Help maintain product documentation and specifications.
- Assist in managing product inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Provide support in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to product functionality.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Support the Product Manager in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electricals and Electronics.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Prior experience in distribution management or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Male candidates are preferred for this position due to specific workplace requirements
