Job Mission

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of oursupply chain operations ensuring efficiency accuracy and timely delivery ofproducts and services. This role requires excellent organizational skills attentionto detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams tooptimize processes and drive continuous improvement

Innovative Thinking: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Analytical Skills: Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

Standardization: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain processes ensuring compliance and consistency.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain implementing contingency plans as necessary to minimize disruptions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement sales and customer service to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance resolve issues and address concerns.

Continuous Improvement: Execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain operations.

Ideal Profile

Proven experience in supply chain management preferably in a similar role within the manufacturing or distribution industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g. ERP systems inventory management software).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Demonstrated problemsolving skills.
