QA Tester - Apps Team mfd

As a QA Tester you will join the Quality Assurance team and ensure that the quality of our software products meets the highest standards. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including development product management and customer support to identify escalate and resolve quality issues as well as develop and maintain quality metrics and reports.

What you will do

• Work closely with the development and product management teams to understand product requirements and ensure that quality is built into the development process.
• Develop and execute manual test plans test cases and scripts to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and work with crossfunctional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports and communicate quality status and progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QA processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer support to identify escalate and resolve quality issues reported by customers.

Who you are

• 24 years of experience in quality assurance
• Demonstrated interest in developing and implementing QA strategies policies procedures and standards
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies tools and techniques
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus
• Experience in the mobile gaming industry is a plus
