- Proficient in managing critical incidents related to the specified module and its associated concepts.
- Skilled in resolving HCM/Recruiting issues by devising calculation logics tailored to business requirements.
- Capable of actively participating in all stages of project lifecycle from requirement gathering to testing.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to requirement gathering for enhancements and suggesting process improvement ideas.
- Experienced in supporting deployment activities including implementation and hypercare responsibilities.
- Knowledgeable in HCM/Recruiting topics with a focus on Time & Absence hire to retire business processes supervisory organization setups and related modules.
- Strong grasp of configuring business processes and assessing their impact.
- Proficient in EIB loads and data conversion processes.
- Skilled in addressing business process issues including configuring documents creating text blocks/BIRT notifications alerts and Dashboards.
- Experienced in handling security issues effectively.
- Familiarity with reporting techniques including Advanced Matrix and Composite reports with a focus on HCM/Recruiting reporting.
- Proficient in developing HCM/Recruiting related Dashboards Discovery Boards and visually appealing reports based on client specifications.
- Preferred qualification: Certification in Recruiting.
