Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Sales National Head to lead our channel sales efforts across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, particularly within the solar PV industry, and a proven track record of developing and managing successful channel partner networks. The Channel Sales National Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with channel partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, distributors, dealers, and resellers to expand market coverage and reach.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive loyalty, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the channel sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute channel marketing programs, promotions, and initiatives to drive demand generation and sales conversion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of channel sales initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track sales performance, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive training and development programs for channel partners to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and market expertise.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
