Job Description:

Client is seeking an SAP S/4 OpenText Functional Analyst for a 6 Months (5 days per week). The role involves functional analyst responsibilities with a focus on ongoing maintenance and support of scanning and indexing with OpenText ICC/BCC (Invoice/Business Capture Center) using OCR configuration and enhancement of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and complex invoice workflow approval design.

Location: Massachusetts United States

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with OpenText ICC/BCC and VIM including customization and complex invoice workflow design.
  • Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI.
  • Basic understanding of OpenText Archiving ICC and VIM system installation.
  • Ability to train invoice in BCC and familiarity with training methods to increase matching recognition.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze fit/gap for business processes and translate requirements into specs.
  • Experience in project and design reviews scope management and defect management.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users developers and project stakeholders.
