Delivery Executive

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedules
• Load unload prepare inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients complaints
• Collect payments
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Work with dispatch to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Perform vehicle maintenance and ensure cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally
• Report any accidents or injuries to management immediately
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed
• Keep an organized and clean delivery vehicle
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate and maintain delivery vehicles
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Knowledge of local routes and areas
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with electronic devices and GPS systems
• Flexibility to work different shifts
• Adherence to safety regulations and traffic laws
• Physical stamina and resilience
