Job responsibilities:
Recce of complete routes of the Delivery Hub.
Delivery of milk samples to potential leads and convert them as new customers.
Organize and participate in road shows and events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Ensure effective placement and Sales of Dairy products in channel
Convert leads received from management into new customers.
Achieve targets for customer acquisition and retention demonstrating a resultsdriven approach.
Handle all incoming calls and promptly update WhatsApp messages to maintain seamless communication.
Smooth coordination between delivery boys and sales team
Follow up on assigned tasks and work ensuring timely completion
Arranging appointments based on the availability of customers
Prepare and submit detailed reports daily weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications:
23 years of sales experience in FMCG or any categories which involved selling through distribution sales. Inside sales need not apply.
Proactive Communication to effectively convey information and address customer inquiries.
Team Collaboration Collaborate effectively with delivery personnel and other team members.
Goal Orientation Display orientation towards achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
Customer Focus Maintain a customercentric approach aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations consistently.
