Technical Engineer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan design and implement technical solutions
• Conduct system performance evaluations and recommend improvements
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders

• Participate in the development and testing of new systems and applications
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issue
• Document technical processes procedures and user guides
• Manage and maintain technical documentation and databases
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications
• Conduct research to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select technical products
• Contribute to project planning budgeting and resource allocation
• Participate in technical feasibility studies and impact assessments
• Provide training and technical guidance to staff and endusers
• Participate in oncall rotations for technical support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in technical project management and execution
• Sound knowledge of technical systems including hardware software and networking
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting and problemsolving
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Project management certification is a plus
• Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and standards
• Experience with technical documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Adaptability to changing technologies and project requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
