Overview:

The Key Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing key client accounts within the organization. By developing strong relationships with clients and implementing strategic sales plans the Key Accounts Manager ensures customer satisfaction and longterm loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Resolve key account issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to key clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Key Accounts Manager Sales Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales performance metrics
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Team player with a customeroriented approach
  • Availability for occasional travel as needed
