Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews and providing personalized guidance to prospective students regarding program offerings admission requirements and financial assistance options
- Evaluating and processing applications for admission
- Assisting students with the completion of enrollment forms and documentation
- Following up with prospective students via phone email and inperson meetings
- Providing highlevel customer service to all individuals inquiring about the admissions process
- Collaborating with academic departments to stay informed about program changes and updates
- Participating in admissions events open houses and college fairs
- Contributing to the development and implementation of admissions strategies and goals
- Utilizing a CRM system to manage and track prospective student interactions and admissions processes
- Conducting outreach to high schools community organizations and other recruitment sources
- Adhering to all ethical and legal standards in recruitment and admissions processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in customer service sales or education counseling
- Strong understanding of admissions procedures and higher education systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
