Youll be crafting intuitive digital experiences that blend user needs with business goals. Designing interfaces in line with best practices and brand guidelines that delight and empower users while driving tangible results.
Working closely with our Product Managers and Software Developers youll be working on multiple exciting product roadmap initiatives.

Role and responsibilities:
UX Design
Ensure our digital products deliver marketleading humancentred intuitive experiences to our engaged audience.
Work in an iterative dataled collaborative way to constantly improve features and functionality for our users and meet evolving business needs.
User Research & Usability Testing:
UI Design:
Craft engaging and effective interfaces which facilitate excellent user experience and align with brand aesthetics.
Develop designs in a consistent modular manner ensuring scalability and ease of implementation.
Design System:
Expand and maintain our atomic design system ensuring it remains insync with code libraries and serves as a reliable foundation for our product design and development efforts.
Staying current:
Keep uptodate with experience design industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
Sprints:
Work closely with our Product Managers and Software Developers to ensure designs are always ready ahead of each sprint.
Ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
The skills attributes and experience you must have:
HighScale Design: Expertise in designing for highscale websites and apps.
HumanCentred Design: Utilises research user data and customer feedback to inform design decisions continuously refining and optimising designs for maximum impact and user advocacy.
UX Visionary: Passionate about crafting seamless intuitive user experiences with a keen eye for detail and a userfirst approach in all design aspects.
Design Systems: Proven experience and understanding of developing and maintaining a comprehensive robust design systems.
Figma Aficionado: Fluent in Figma utilising its advanced features to create complete well documented design files which can be handed over for development with minimal explanation
Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in collaborative environments effectively working with crossfunctional teams to bring design concepts to life ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.
Innovative Problem Solver: Brings a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges consistently delivering innovative and effective solutions.
Sense of Ownership: Driven to complete projects according to plan.
Feedback Enthusiast: Comfortable giving and receiving feedback for continuous improvement.

After this youll meet with our Head of Design and CTPO who will conduct a more indepth interview regarding your experience and expertise.
Time to showcase your skills. Well give you a task to complete and present back to our Head of Design and one of our Product Managers.
