Job Description: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors vendors and construction crew
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders
• Review and approve project designs schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of construction methods building codes and safety regulations

Desired Experience:

• 23 years of experience in a project management role
• Experience working with specialty general contractors is a plus
• Familiarity with roofing restoration and waterproofing projects
