IT Commercial Lawyer Remote 3months 100% Imm. CHF 130000
Tasks
- Review negotiate and draft commercial contracts
- Advise on legal matters related to transactions incl. IP and regulatory compliance
- Intepret existing agreements providing guidance on obligations potential disputes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address legal issues in business operaitons
- Stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends to provide proactive legal counsel and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French
- Completed Legal Degree (CH EU UK)
- Familiarity with French law and international business law
- Strong understanding of sales contractracts
- At least 5 years PQE as Commercial Lawyer preferably in the IT Industry
