About the Position

We are looking for a (Sr.) Operations Project Lead to initially build develop and own three key operational processes and systems facilitating scalable operations for HOLYs growth into a 100m omnichannel brand. The ideal candidate should excel in process and system implementation manage a very high degree of complexity and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. HOLYs growth driven by pragmatism and execution now faces increased complexity as we scale to 100m in revenue enabled by geographical expansion omnichannel transition and initial steps into production. To solve this we are looking a (Sr.) Operations Project Lead to initially build develop and own key operational processes and systems. In this role youll analyze business needs develop scalable and pragmatic processes and implement automation systems and tools as needed.

Your main responsibilities in the first 69 months are:

  • Inventory Valuation: Improve the inventory valuation process across channels and regions. Identify an appropriate system like an ERP module and work with internal and external stakeholders for implementation.
  • Systemize Retail Operations: Transform our retail processes into a scalable efficient system compatible with D2C operations and external requirements.
  • Procurement Process: In collaboration with our Senior Procurement Manager construct and systematize a procurement process that complements our inventory processes ensuring its scalable and ready for incorporating also own production.

To succeed in this role you need experience in developing and implementing operational processes and systems for fastgrowing consumer companies. This includes working with largescale systems such as WMS or ERPs demonstrating the ability to handle high complexity and a deep understanding of processes and project management. Further you should display proficiency in learning technical tools fast and excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to various audiences.

  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must.
  • (Bonus) Experience with Large Scale System: Experience with building and managing largescale systems like an ERP (NetSuite MS Dynamics365) or CRM

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you (Virtual): We will have a 45minute virtual screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY the position and see if our expectations match.
  2. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview you will receive a case study. You have 3 days to complete this case study.
  3. Advanced discussion (Inperson): In the second meeting Moritz our Head of Operations will discuss your case study with you and answer any questions in a 90minute session.
  4. Interview with founders (Inperson): As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with one or more of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  5. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you!Typically this process should take around 2 weeks.
