Description

NICE Heating & Air a Northern Virginia based HVAC company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will join a company that prides itself on delivering topnotch heating ventilation and air conditioning services. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients taking orders and scheduling appointments handling inquiries and resolving customer complaints. Additionally they will receive ongoing training and be part of a supportive and positive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Take orders and schedule appointments using software tools.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product and service offerings.
  • Develop knowledge of the HVAC industry and become familiar with company products and services.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to remain uptodate with developments within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service setting.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with G Suite and webbased scheduling software Service Titan.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC industry and products.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed.
