Sales and Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company products and services and promote special offers.
  
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs accurately and provide relevant information effectively addressing inquiries and concerns.
  
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions including details of conversations feedback and followup actions.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights on customer preferences market trends and competitive information for strategic planning.
  
• Implement effective strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through persuasive communication and lead generation.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service offering personalized solutions and maintaining a positive friendly demeanor during interactions.
  
• Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase transaction value.
  
• Handle customer objections professionally turning them into opportunities for providing more information and resolving concerns.
  
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge sales techniques and industry developments.
  
• Work collaboratively within the team to share best practices refine sales scripts and foster a supportive and productive work environment.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support tele sales and/or relevant fields.
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales marketing or related field is advantageous.
  
• Language: Proficiency in English (Required).
