Head of Corporate Finance

The Head of Corporate Finance is a senior executive responsible for managing all aspects of the companys financial activities related to capital raising financial planning mergers and acquisitions and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives.
  
• Leading the process of raising capital through debt or equity financing including negotiating terms with investors or financial institutions.
  
• Overseeing the companys financial planning and budgeting processes.
  
• Analyzing and managing financial risks including currency and interest rate risks.
  
• Evaluating and executing mergers acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
  
• Managing relationships with financial institutions investors and other stakeholders.
  
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support decisionmaking by senior management.
  
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
  
• Build and mentor a highperforming finance and accounting team.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation accountability and professional growth.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  

• Professional certification such as CFA CPA or equivalent is a plus.
  

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking or related field with a focus on financial management and analysis.
  

• Experience in the microfinance or banking industry is highly desirable.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
