Job Description

Will have the capacity to handle high complexity orders and key customers. Entering and handling of customer orders via the business/ERP systems accurately and in a timely manner; Keeps Sales Offices / customers continuously updated on the status of the orders. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensure the ontime and complete entering of multiBU orders in the ERP system.

Check trade compliance issues for each order.

Generate order acknowledgements.

Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered ontime and complete

Keep a close contact with internal external customers/Sales Office to inform of any delays and problems.

Keeps the Sales Office informed at all times of the status of all orders and provides correct and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders.

Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices

Conduct data management activities using the ERP system.

Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM Oracle OCM etc)

Follow up on orders to make sure they are produced and shipped on time.

Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner.

For This Role You Will Need:

University degree

Languages: English & French B2 level.

PC skills: MS Office Internet

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Previous experience in customer service

Oracle knowledge

1 year experience in an administrative role
