Leading global automotive supplier of highquality kinematic systems for OEMs specialized in the development and production of hinges mainly used in vehicle doors tailgates and engine hoods for premium OEM customers.

Position:

We are seeking a resultsdriven Plant Manager to oversee our production factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and costeffective operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety quality and production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead all aspects of plant operations including production quality control maintenance and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency minimize costs and enhance overall plant performance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve production goals and address operational challenges.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize production delays.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and contractors.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff providing guidance coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

5 years of proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role within a production environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes quality control and supply chain management.

Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
