Frontend Tech Lead

Role:
Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers providing guidance and technical expertise.

Collaborate with product managers designers and backend engineers to define project requirements and technical solutions.

Architect design and implement frontend applications using modern technologies and best practices.

Conduct code reviews ensuring code quality scalability and maintainability.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the frontend development process.

Stay uptodate with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Essential requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

5 years of experience in frontend development.

Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript.

Proven track record of leading frontend development teams and delivering successful projects.

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with backend development and API integration.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure.

Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
