Senior Product Designer

Role:
We are looking for a Product Designer to help guide their design initiatives towards success. Together with their inhouse Designer youll collaborate across crossfunctional teams to craft design strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our products through strategic thinking and usercentric design approaches.

Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design goals establish best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Lead the development of design strategies together with inhouse designer in order to enhance user experience and drive product success for our CRM tools.

Providing mentorship to the designer in place and strategic guidance to stakeholders fostering a culture of design thinking.

Acting as a thought leader advocating for design excellence and contributing insights to drive strategic decisions.

Essential requirements:
A broad portfolio showcasing successful projects including B2B product design projects.

Experience leading/overseeing multiple various design areas such as UX UI and brand design.

A proven track record of developing and implementing successful design strategies that have positively impacted products and businesses.

The ability to empower others through coaching mentorship and collaborative leadership.

A strong understanding of usercentered design principles and design thinking methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design strategies to a diverse audience.
