Product Manager - Road amp Tunnel - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Schrder

Since Schrder first established a company in Lebanon back in 1969 we have installed many successful lighting projects in the Middle East including the luminaires for the first street lighting installation in Jeddah (1973) most of the lighting of the Holy City of Mecca including more than 150000 luminaires for the Menna Tents The Arafat & Muzdalifah Pedestrian Walkways in Saudi Arabia North Road and Salwa highways in Qatar.

To provide an even better service for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries Schrder Gulf was founded in Abu Dhabi (Mussaffah Industrial Zone) in June 2007 and in Dubai in 2012 serving the GCC and the Middle East countries as well as India Pakistan Bangladesh and Nepal. Today our purpose is to deliver an outstanding experience by accompanying our customers along every step of their smart journey from design to aftersales service including light control systems CCTV WiFi EV chargers and many more smart features.

Job Description

• Market Analysis & Customer Intimacy : Understand trends identify partnership opportunities be close to the market synthetize customer insights analyze how to create differentiation value pricing )
• Create a clear vision & 13year roadmap : Define vision and 13 year growth/profitability objectives make & defend business plan
• Product Roadmap Execution & Delivery : Define new product candidates & prepare SPRINT define & prioritize segment product cost reduction plans and performance upgrades. In cooperation with R&D prioritize R&D resources according to highest possible ROI / business strategy. Communicate the roadmap and plans to the wider organization
• Product Launch & Downstream Product Management : Define & contribute to development of communication programs marketing campaigns tools and training programs aimed to drive profitable growth and visibility for internal external stakeholders support Product Launch product administration
• Business Support : Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. Travel based to support the entire middle east business including important projects support commercial team during presales phase and/or coordinate internal resources to deliver required support to close the project.

Qualifications

• At least 5 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in product management product marketing or product development
• Lighting industry is plus
• Fluent in English Arabic is plus
• Proven ability in marketing product strategy as well as product launch
• Excellent collaborator: building strong relationships with crossfunctional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding diverse business processes and strategy development
• Good project and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a deadlineoriented environment
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics
