We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Snoonu Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering highquality design solutions across a variety of mediums. This role requires strong conceptual thinking attention to detail and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution for a range of print and digital projects including but not limited to branding marketing materials web design social media graphics and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and sales to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers offering constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and develop their careers.
• Stay current on design trends emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Take ownership of projects ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards are visually engaging and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Work closely with external vendors such as printers and photographers to coordinate production and ensure the highest quality output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns product launches and other initiatives.

What Youll Need

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) Figma and other design software.
• Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work under tight deadlines.
• English B2 required and higher it will be a plus if you know Russian B2 and higher.

Nice To Have

• Experience with web design UI/UX principles
• Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D Octane/Redshift
• Experience with motion design
