Data Engineering Cloud Developer - Tanqeeb

We are seeking a Cloud Developer for a renowned construction company in Doha. This is a fulltime position based in Doha Qatar.

Job Purpose: Data Engineering and Data Science Expert who will be responsible for managing databases analyzing data and implementing ETL processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of MSSQL Python programming Power BI database management and data collection methodologies from business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain database architectures using MSSQL.
• Implement ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes using tools like SSIS for efficient data flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and comprehend business requirements for data collection and analysis.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency of data.
• Analyze data sets generate insights and create reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation analysis and automation tasks.
• Integrate and work with various APIs for data extraction and manipulation.
• Develop microservices.
• Use Pipelines to deploy applications.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in MSSQL database management and optimization.
• Proficient in Python programming for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong skills in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools especially SSIS.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Expertise in data validation techniques for ensuring data quality.
• Familiarity with API usage for data extraction and integration.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Development experience in JavaScript Java Python C# or Go.
• Knowledge in object orientation.
• Knowledge in microservices.
• Familiarity with Azure.
